I ship AI into a company's production — realtime voice agents on Twilio and OpenAI Realtime over WebSockets, n8n workflows, WhatsApp bots, custom MCP servers and RAG on a type-safe React/TypeScript and Supabase stack — then train your team to run it after I step away. Most coaches can't build and most builders can't teach; I do both.

The proof isn't a demo, it's systems taking real orders: MAS Group runs a 13-stage quote-to-order pipeline live in the field as a mobile app, Flyt does cross-border VAT quoting with deposit and refund logic, and QuickFix shipped a trilingual EN/PL/IS site and funnel in 72 hours — and I operate these businesses myself. I came to Iceland in 2019 with no network and learned the market from the retail floor, which taught me the one move that matters: take something genuinely hard and turn it into steps someone else can follow.
